Aside from being a co-founder of Concept 33, Stephanie White has been a video content creator for 9 years. From editing thousands of videos and capturing high end content on multiple cameras to producing large scale events and launching viral ads, she has dived deep in all aspects of content creation and video production.
She’s guided by empathy and compassion and believes in having a cultured team, constantly striving for balance and innovation. Stephanie loves being around people and is inspired by emotion and connection, the true essence of video content creation. Stephanie spends most of her free time with her two kids and spouse, cooking, doing yoga and meditation, and heavy lifts at the gym.

co-founder/director

patrick allocca

Film Lover 🎞️ and Voracious Reader 📖
Film has been a life-long obsession for Patrick, so it only makes sense that he’s been involved in content creation since he was a teenager. Beginning in TV broadcast, he quickly climbed the ranks before deciding he wanted to start his own company. By combining his love of storytelling and literature with cinematic techniques, Patrick set out to start a company that focused on, to put it simply, “business videos that aren’t boring”. Along with co-founder Stephanie White, Concept 33 was born from that mantra. He believes that “corporate” isn’t a dirty word, that filming something just for the sake of filming it isn’t the way, and that strategy mixed with artistry is the key to success. Creating thousands of videos has only strengthened these beliefs. On any given day, Patrick can be found discussing a particular movie in minute detail, writing short stories, or talking about himself in third person.

Creative Director

christopher nightingale

Coffee Aficionado ☕️
Christopher began his career by ascending the ranks of video editorial and production content in Los Angeles, leading creative content development for several of Hollywood’s AAA franchises of the last decade. Chris has worked to deliver best-in-class video marketing content, ensuring organic box office results. Notable mentions include his contributions to the Harry Potter and John Wick franchises.
He has since taken his experience and expertise in motion picture marketing to the business world, where he has led editorial efforts in events, promotional videos, and ads. He’s also acted as a creative advisor to several leading Fortune 500 companies. Christopher holds a master’s degree in scriptwriting and is passionate and dedicated to ensuring the entire creative enterprise on projects is fulfilled to the highest possible level. By combining creative writing and video editorial skills, Chris is able to help companies articulate and execute their vision organically in the digital cinematic syntax required in the competitive business market.

From the moment we contacted Concept 33, we knew they were the right company to help with this job! They were organized, professional and helped film everything in a shorter timeframe than anticipated. They were quick with feedback and changes and the final product was just amazing! “absolute superstars!

Stephanie and Patrick from Concept 33 were absolute superstars! We coordinated the project with them remotely and once they were introduced to the on site A/V professionals, they ran the entire project. They were so professional that the organization putting on the conference actually sought us out to compliment us on how professional the Concept 33 team was. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

FAQ

your questions, answered

01/

How is working with you different from hiring a typical production company?

A typical production company only produces a script you provide. We become an extension of your marketing team. We begin every project with a strategic discovery session to understand your business challenges, target audience, and desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The video is the solution we create to meet your specific goals, not just a deliverable we hand over.

02/

What does "strategic partner" actually mean in practice?

It means we don't just focus on making a pretty video. We focus on the Return on Investment (ROI). We help create your video marketing strategy, where and how to distribute the videos, and analyze performance data after the videos launch. For our retainer clients, we regularly review performance data to pivot, optimize, and plan the next phase of content.

03/

Do you only work with clients who need long-term video strategy?

Although our model is best suited for clients seeking consistent, goal-driven content, we do take on project-based work. However, even a single video project includes a strategic discovery phase to ensure the video aligns perfectly with your immediate goals and target audience.

04/

What is your process from initial concept to final video delivery?

Our process is typically five-fold:
1. Discovery & Strategy (defining the why and what)
2. Creative Development & Scripting (designing the how)
3. Production (the shoot)
4. Post-Production & Collaborative Revisions
5. Deployment & Analysis (helping you launch and measure the results).

05/

How involved do we need to be during the production process?

Your involvement is essential during the initial Discovery phase and the Review phases. Once the strategy and script are approved, you can trust our team to manage the logistics of production, freeing up your time to focus on your core business.

06/

How long does a typical video project take?

This varies greatly based on scope, but a standard 2-3 minute brand video usually takes 6–10 weeks from the signing of the agreement to final delivery. This time includes the critical strategic planning, scripting, production logistics, and post-production phases.

07/

How do you measure the success of a video project?

We track success against the business KPIs we establish during the strategy phase, not just vanity metrics like views. Examples include lead generation, conversion rates (MQLs to SQLs), decreased customer churn, or increased time-on-page related to the video content. We focus on the metric that matters most to your bottom line.

08/

How much does a video project cost?

Since we don't sell "videos" but rather "strategic solutions," our pricing is based on the complexity of the problem we are solving. We offer both project-based fees for defined deliverables and strategic retainer agreements for clients who need continuous content and strategy support. We can provide a detailed proposal after a no-obligation strategy call.

09/

Who owns the final footage and raw assets?

The client retains full ownership and perpetual usage rights to the final delivered videos upon completion and final payment. Ownership of the raw footage can be negotiated and included in the contract, particularly for our retained partners.
